Started Dogs
Our started dogs sold quickly at the beginning of hunting season. If you are interested in purchasing a started dog for the fall 2008 season, we recommend that you make your interest known early.
For those who do not have the time to raise a puppy, Stonewall Retrievers offers started dogs for sale. Started dogs are selected as puppies from the best proven breedings available. Each puppy is chosen for its potential to be an outstanding hunting dog. They are well-socialized and house-raised.
Started dogs have been through the beginner program for both waterfowl and upland game birds. Because of the time it takes to raise and train each started dog, only a limited number are available each year. Please inquire by sending e-mail to jan@stonewalldogs.com.
